VAT Exemption

Many items in our catalogue are subject to VAT relief when sold to those who are disabled or chronically sick. To claim vat exemption, a written declaration by the individual concerned must be received at the time of ordering and disablement stated. Accordingly VAT relief cannot be claimed on telephone orders.

Registered charities may also claim VAT relief providing a written declaration of this is received at time of ordering. It is an offence to make a false declaration.
